ONLY 1 EARBUD IS WORKING

This happens at times due to the nature of being True Wireless Earbuds. The ability to connect the Left and Right independently along with separate charging is what commonly causes this. In order for the earbuds to work, both have to be either out of the case or in the case together.  See below to steps to connect them together again:

Re-Sync Method

  1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are fully charged. See video above "Charging Earbuds"

  2. Turn off your phones Bluetooth

  3. Pull out both LEFT & RIGHT earbuds and ensure they are paired. See video above "Connecting Left & Right Earbuds"

  4. Turn on your phones Bluetooth and earbuds should automatically connect now

Reset Method

  1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are fully charged. See video above "Charging Earbuds"

  2. In your phones, Bluetooth settings, find the earbuds connection "Hi-TWS L" and forget/unpair the device. You want to completely remove it from your Bluetooth list

  3. Now turn OFF your phones Bluetooth

  4. Pull out both LEFT & RIGHT earbuds and ensure they are paired. See video above "Connecting Left & Right Earbuds"

  5. Now turn back on your phones Bluetooth and scan for the earbuds and connect to the device. See video above "Pairing device to phone"

ONLY 1 EARBUD IS WORKING

This is one of the most common issues with True Wireless Earbuds which can be rectified in a few simple steps. The reason for this is because each earbud can be connected to one or multiple devices independently.

Quick Fix Method (Left and Right previously paired, but not anymore)

  1. Turn off your devices Bluetooth (Phone, laptop, etc..)

  2. Ensuring that both earbuds are charged, insert both of them into your ear

  3. Power on the side that is working

  4. Once on, double click the other side and you should hear them both say "Connected" at the same time

Reset Method (Cannot get Left and Right paired)

  1. Find the Bluetooth settings on your device (Smartphone, Laptop. etc..)

  2. Find the Earbuds connection on the Bluetooth settings list.

  3. Click on the settings icon and tap "Forget" or "Unpair". The purpose here is to completely remove the earbuds off your device

  4. Now turn your Bluetooth Off on your phone/device

  5. Put both earbuds back into the casing

  6. After about 10 seconds, take both the left and right earbuds and place them in your ears

  7. On the Right ear, click and hold the button until you hear “Power On”. If it says “Power Off”, click and hold again until it says “Power On”

  8. Now on the Left ear, click and hold the button until you hear “Power On”. If it says “Power Off”, click and hold again  until it says “Power On”

  9. Once you hear the left say “Power On”, a voice saying "Connected" should be coming out of both left and right ears.

  10. If you don’t hear them both say "Connected", do a double click on the left ear (Similar to how you would double click a mouse) and it should then say “Connected”. If that didn’t work, double click on the right ear and it should say “Connected”

  11. You are now ready to connect to your device. Turn the Bluetooth on your phone and the Earbuds should pop up while your phone is scanning for Bluetooth devices

  12. You should now see the earbuds name on the list. Click the connection which you want to pair with.

  13. You should hear and have both earbuds connected. You are now good to go!

  14. Once the pairing process is complete, there shouldn't be a need to do this again. If one of the earbuds losses connection again, try the "Quick Fix Method" above
